When we refer to milk chocolate, we do not always know how to appreciate the origin of the cacao used, for our 40% chocolate we have used a delicious mixture of beans from Venezuela, such as the Carenero bean and the Rio Caribe bean, which went through processes of fermentation, roasting and refining to the most optimal level, combined with high quality milk makes it a creamy and sweet chocolate, a perfect balance between quality of the ingredients and the quality of the production processes.
